Terms of service

Tofoot is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Depending on where you download it, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service, in addition to these Terms. Where those terms and ours conflict on billing or distribution, the applicable app store’s terms take precedence.

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. When using Tofoot, you agree not to:

• Cheat in duels or the daily challenge — including bots, scripted answers, or exploiting bugs to gain points or rating.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through challenges, messages, or usernames.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Use an illegal, offensive, or infringing display name, avatar, or profile content.

Tofoot Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. It’s billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account via RevenueCat, and automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we don’t process cancellations directly.

Tofoot’s questions, ratings, and rankings are provided for entertainment purposes. We work to keep facts accurate, but we don’t guarantee it, and a Tofoot rating isn’t an official statistic of anything beyond the app. Don’t rely on Tofoot as an authoritative source for football facts.

Tofoot, its name, logo, and all app content are owned by Florent Porrot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or its content except as permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for cheating, harassment, or other abusive behavior toward other players.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Tofoot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
